hello Master this slave says hello to her Master and wishes Him a good and happy afternoon this slave is so sorry she did not send her Master a morning blog but she was sleeping and really did not feel very well

this slave still feels a bit ill, this slave is still coughing a bit and her head hurts but she has had some paracetemols so that should help this slave is so sorry she did not go to Staffordshire today and then she could have met her Master for a few hours but this slave as Master knows was up a bit during the night because of her cough

this slave hopes the pills that Stan gave her Master have helped His back a bit and it feels a lot easier

this slave has to go to sainsburys now Master to buy something to eat but this slave will ring her Master when she gets back this slave hopes very much that her Master is resting a lot this afternoon
